How do I generate reports?

To generate reports, Open your Cliniciva or log into the web version of your clinic then head to "Reports" Section and on top-right you will find "Export" button then choose the file type whether CSV or XLSX (Excel Sheet).

How do I add a new staff member to the system?

To add new staff members, Open your Cliniciva or log into the web version of your clinic then head to "User Management" Section and on top of the page you will find add user form and you will be able to add/remove users from there.

Is my patient data secure with Cliniciva?
